On November 26, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a presentation of the Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP), a fully funded initiative of the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent. The event was organized for third- and fourth-year students interested in gaining practical experience and developing professional skills in business or STEM fields.

The presentation was delivered by Aziza Nuriddinova, YPIP Program Coordinator at American Councils for International Education in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She introduced the structure of the program and outlined the key opportunities it offers to students: a fully funded summer internship at leading companies in Tashkent, professional training sessions, meetings with industry experts, regular mentorship sessions, and participation in networking events. The speaker also provided a detailed explanation of the application process, eligibility criteria, selection stages, and the preliminary timeline for the Summer 2026 cycle.

Students actively engaged in the discussion, asking questions about partner company selection, the professional skills they could acquire, and future career prospects.

The event took place in an informative and motivating atmosphere, offering students a valuable opportunity to learn more about one of the most prestigious professional development programs in Uzbekistan.
