    As part of the “Sustainable Development Goals Week,” the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted an eco-training session featuring one of Uzbekistan’s leading eco-activists, Mutabar Khushvaktova, widely known by her pseudonym “Urikguli.”

    The event brought together university faculty members and students, who actively participated and exchanged views on pressing local and global environmental issues. During the training, Mutabar Khushvaktova shared her personal experience in implementing ecological practices, discussed local case studies, and examined their impact on the environment.

    Throughout the session, participants gained new knowledge and skills on important topics such as the formation of environmental awareness, the role of media literacy in ecological education, and ways to strengthen environmental responsibility in everyday life.

    At the end of the event, students received detailed answers to their questions on current environmental challenges.
