On August 13 of this year, on the eve of the new 2025/2026 academic year, the leadership of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy is taking systematic measures to create decent and comfortable living conditions for students, as well as their timely and effective accommodation.

As part of these efforts, special attention is paid not only to the process of providing students with housing, but also to the issues of their living in a safe, clean and spiritually healthy environment. In this regard, under the leadership of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Issues and Spiritual and Educational Affairs O. Yusupjanov, a number of practical activities were held in accordance with the recommendations of the Assistance Center for Student Accommodation in Dormitories (Information Kiosk) operating at the university.

In particular, visits were made to partner hostels and hostels located in Tashkent, where living conditions, room hygiene, cleanliness of common areas, security systems, fire safety equipment, internal regulations, as well as the availability of the Internet and other communication services were studied in detail. In addition, the condition of canteens, gyms and recreation areas provided to students was checked.

During the visits, meetings were held with the administration of the dormitories and responsible persons, agreements were reached on further strengthening the identified positive aspects and eliminating the existing shortcomings as soon as possible. It is established that this process will be carried out on the basis of continuous monitoring.
