    On July 10 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a business dialogue between the founder of the M.Factor.Uz Business School, a well-known entrepreneur and business coach H. Mamasaidov and students on the topic “The culture of negotiations and the state preceding it”.

    The event was attended by talented university students, participants of the “Summer School”, young entrepreneurs, founders of startups, as well as young people studying in the areas of economics and management.

    During the dialogue, Mamasaidov shared with students his experience in the field of negotiation culture in business, psychological preparation, establishing trusting relationships, overcoming contradictions and achieving positive results. Important aspects such as preparation for negotiations, information gathering and strategic approach were also highlighted.

    Kh. Mamasaidov, based on his many years of practical experience, spoke about the basic principles, strategies and psychological aspects of successful negotiation in business. He highlighted the following issues:

    • Preparation for the negotiation process: collecting information, studying the opponent, clarifying the goal;

    • Establishing trusting contact and increasing the effectiveness of communication through body language;

    • Patience and analytical approach in complex negotiations;

    • The role of emotional intelligence and empathy;

    • Methods of resolving contradictions;

    • Ways to achieve win-win solutions.

    The event was held in the format of live communication, students received detailed answers to their questions. At the end of the event, the participants were awarded certificates, and it was noted that in the future it is planned to increase the number of such practical dialogues.
