A delegation from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), including professors, staff, and talented students, actively participated in the event. UWED students achieved outstanding results in the II International Competition, winning one gold and three silver medals. The winners were honored in a ceremony led by the Rector of the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Additionally, UWED representatives presented research papers at the conference, sharing insights on Uzbekistan’s development strategy through 2030.

During the visit, discussions also took place regarding future cooperation with universities from Turkmenistan, Central Asia, the USA, and Europe. Topics included establishing partnerships and launching joint projects in higher education. The outcomes of these discussions marked a significant step in strengthening bilateral and regional collaboration.

Furthermore, representatives from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy visited the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Turkmenistan, where they engaged in discussions with embassy officials on diplomacy, the diplomatic profession, and the potential for future cooperation between the two nations. The embassy representatives shared their valuable experience and held a productive conversation with the students, inspiring them to pursue success in international relations and offering their best wishes for their future careers.
