On April 26 of this year, at the initiative of the Sports Club of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, sports competitions were held between the mahallas.

Representatives of the “Buyuk Ipak Yuli”, “Elobod”, “Yangi Olmachi” and “Olmachi” mahallas took part in the competitions and competed in badminton, table tennis, rope jumping and basketball.

According to the results of the badminton and table tennis competitions, the “Buyuk Ipak Yuli” mahalla took first place, and “Olmachi” took second place. The “Buyuk Ipak Yuli” team won in basket throws, and the “Yangi Olmachi” team took second place. In the rope jumping competition, the Elobod mahalla took first place, and “Olmachi” took second place. The “Buyuk Ipak Yuli” team showed the highest results in the overall team standings and won the cup.

During the event, the preparedness of each participant and the team spirit were noticeable. These sports events contributed to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, increased interest in sports among young people and further strengthening the bonds of friendship and solidarity between the mahallas. The UWED Sports Club plans to hold similar events in the future.
