    On January 25 of this year, a delegation from the Department of Law, Economics and Management of Paris-Saclay University visited the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

    At the meeting, the head of the Rector's office H.Usmanova, the dean of the Faculty of International Law U.Yakubhodzhayev, the dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Management M.Khamdamov, the head of the Department of Roman-Germanic Languages V.Mamatkasimova represented the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Participants from the Department of Law, Economics and Management of the University of Paris-Saclay were faculty dean Boris Bernabe and professor Julien Budon.

    During the negotiations, the parties delivered presentations about their higher education institutions. In addition, the two universities discussed issues such as establishing an exchange program between students and professors, establishing active cooperation in the field of law and economic sciences. Proposals on the implementation of joint scientific projects were put forward, and an agreement on holding a number of lectures, conferences and roundtable discussions was reached.

    For information, Paris-Saclay University was established in 2019 with the participation of 10 largest French universities, higher schools and research institutes. In the 2020 Academic Ranking of World Universities, it was ranked 1st in mathematics, 9th in physics, 12th in agricultural sciences, 24th in medicine, and 29th in automation. Ranked 22nd in the 2021 “Shanghai Ranking”.

    48,000 students study in 17 campuses of this educational institution, 12,000 in master's courses, 4,500 in doctoral studies. 42% of them are foreign students.
