On October 22, at the initiative of the “Women Leaders” club of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, a masterclass was held on “Business Etiquette and Communication Culture”.

In today's era of globalization, an individual's success is determined not only by their knowledge and professional skills, but also by their ability to conduct themselves appropriately, interact effectively with others, and carry themselves with dignity in various situations. Knowledge of etiquette and protocol is becoming a vital professional requirement, especially for young people aspiring to build careers in international relations, diplomacy, economics, and law.

The masterclass was led by Yodgora Karimjanova, an expert in etiquette and protocol. During the session, participants gained practical insights and recommendations on workplace conduct, rules of formal communication, and the etiquette standards expected of a modern leader. Additionally, they benefited from valuable insights and practical tips on how to effectively present themselves, make a positive impression, and build self-confidence.

The event was held in an interactive format, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views directly with the expert.

The primary goal of the masterclass was to empower students and youth, particularly young women, to become confident, modern, and successful leaders, as well as to develop their professional communication skills and thoroughly prepare them for their future careers.

The “Women Leaders” club regularly organizes various events at the university aimed at boosting the social engagement of female students, developing their leadership potential, and supporting their personal growth.
