A defense for the Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) degree took place before the Scientific Council (No. DSc.11/25.08.2022.Yu.24.01) at the UWED

On September 26, 2026, a meeting of the Scientific Council (No. DSc.11/25.08.2022.Yu.24.01) was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

The agenda included the defense of the doctoral dissertation (DSc) by Ne’matjon Kushabaevich Khattabov on the topic “Improving the Administrative-Legal Liability of Legal Entities in Uzbekistan”, submitted for the specialty 12.00.02 – “Constitutional Law; Administrative Law; Financial and Customs Law”

During the defense, the applicant comprehensively outlined the relevance, objectives, and tasks of the research. Members of the Scientific Council expressed their views and comments regarding the proposals put forward by the candidate.

Following the successful defense of the dissertation, Scientific Council No. DSc.11/25.08.2022.Yu.24.01 adopted a decision to award the academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc) to Ne’matjon Kushabaevich Xattabov.
