UWED Associate Professor Participated in the Discussion of the Draft Constitutional Law On May 25, the Institute for Parliamentary Research hosted a roundtable discussion entitled “The Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On the Tashkent International Financial Centre’ through the Eyes of Scholars and the Public”.
The event brought together representatives of higher education institutions, research organizations, governmental and non-governmental bodies, experts, and media representatives.
Among the participants was Zarina Sadriddinovna Israilova, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law and Public Law at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED), PhD in Law. During the discussion, she presented her academic and practical observations and recommendations concerning several constitutional and legal aspects of the draft law.
The participants exchanged views on strengthening the legal framework of the Tashkent International Financial Centre and its role in enhancing the country’s investment attractiveness and integration into the global financial system.
