UWED Professors Hold Ecology Masterclass for Tashkent Schoolchildren

On April 28, 2026, professors from the Department of Oriental Languages at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) organized an off-site session at Specialized School No. 24 in Tashkent. The event, held in a masterclass format, was dedicated to "SDG 13: Climate Action."
The Head of the Department and Arabic language instructor, Nigora Sabitovna Azimova, initiated the meeting and was an active participant.
An interactive lecture was prepared for 9th-grade students, covering current environmental issues such as air pollution and proper waste management. Participants had the opportunity to learn about waste management methods used in other countries.
The session concluded with a quiz, allowing students to reinforce the knowledge they had gained.
