    “VoiceUp-2026”: UWED Student at the Heart of Inclusive Initiatives

    The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) is not only a center for academic excellence but also a vital platform for nurturing young leaders who contribute to the positive transformation of society’s social landscape.

    Organized by the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the “VoiceUp-2026” inclusive camp aims to protect the interests of vulnerable children and amplify the voices of youth at the state level. Among 350 candidates, only 35 most active participants were selected, including a talented student from UWED.

    Dilsoz Zokirova, a 2nd-year student at the Faculty of International Law, actively participated in the camp with her innovative social projects and creative ideas.

    It is worth noting that her success is a result of consistent and systematic work. In accordance with UWED Order No. 1-2-UM dated January 6, 2026, she serves as a media content editor for the “Inclusive Media Club” and the “Inclusive Volunteers” group. Her expertise in media played a crucial role during the camp in communicating social issues to a wider audience.

    Three Days of Dialogue and Proposals in Oqtosh

    During the meetings held on April 14–16 at the “Oqtosh” resort in Bostanliq district, Dilsoz put forward several key proposals:

     Ensuring the legal interests and protection of children in need of social support;

     Promoting a culture of inclusivity within society through diverse media content;

     Developing effective communication mechanisms between the state, society, and the youth.

    The initiatives of proactive students like Dilsoz Zokirova clearly demonstrate UWED’s commitment to social responsibility and inclusive development. By combining legal knowledge with media skills, such young leaders play a pivotal role in building an inclusive society in our country.

    We wish our student great success in her future endeavors and new social projects!
