    In today’s rapidly intensifying era of globalization and information flow, developing not only the intellectual potential of young people but also strengthening their spiritual values and psychological resilience has become one of the priority directions of state policy. In this regard, University of World Economy and Diplomacy organized a series of seminars and training sessions within the framework of the “Week of Spiritual and Psychological Development” aimed at supporting students’ spiritual growth, psychological stability, and personal development.

    The central event of the week was the seminar entitled “Spiritual and Psychological Development as an Important Factor of Future Success,” organized by university psychologist N. Norova in cooperation with course coordinators. During the event, based on the principle “Spiritual growth in a safe and healthy environment is a pathway to new opportunities,” the interconnection between students’ spiritual maturity, psychological resilience, and life success was comprehensively explained through analytical and interactive approaches.

    During the seminar, psychologist N. Norova emphasized the importance of evaluating surrounding events and developments through high moral and ethical standards, drawing appropriate conclusions from various life situations, and maintaining constant awareness and vigilance. It was also noted that the stronger an individual’s “spiritual immunity” and aspiration for inner growth are, the more resistant they become to external negative influences and stressful situations.

    The practical part of the training sessions focused on the following areas:

    -      Developing emotional stability and inner balance;

    -      Managing aggression in stressful situations and fostering constructive approaches;

    -      Strengthening determination, leadership qualities, and self-confidence;

    -      Applying psychological techniques that contribute to spiritual growth and personal development.

    Through interactive exercises, students gained important skills in discovering their hidden potential, managing emotional states, and building healthy social relationships within the community. Throughout the week, course coordinators regularly monitored students’ participation and spiritual-psychological well-being.

    At the conclusion of the event, it was emphasized that spiritually and psychologically mature, independently thinking young people with a strong sense of responsibility serve as a key pillar of societal development. The university administration and the psychological services department announced their intention to continue organizing such educational and practical initiatives on a regular basis in the future.
