    On May 5, 2026, a master class on "The South Caucasus: From Russia's 'Private Backyard' to a Multipolar Chessboard" was held as part of its academic program at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The event was led by Peyman Almasov, Professor of Political Science at Webster University in Tashkent. Students from the Faculty of International Relations actively participated in the master class.

    During the meeting, Peyman Almasov presented a substantive analysis of the geopolitical transformation of the South Caucasus, emphasizing the changing regional balance of power, the increasing influence of external actors, and the region's transition to a multipolar model of interaction.
