On April 25–26, Global Shapers Policy & Economic Simulation 2026 was successfully held at UWED, organized by Global Shapers Tashkent in partnership with the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan as part of the World Economic Forum’s global initiative.

The program commenced with a high-level opening ceremony featuring keynote remarks by Muzaffar Djalalov, Vice Rector for Digital Transformation and Economic Affairs, and Alisher Sadullaev, Director of the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan and Senator of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The opening session also included remarks from Zunnura Mansurova, Curator of the Global Shapers Community in Tashkent, and Ramzi Abdunemreh, Community Champion for Central Asia and Armenia, Global Shapers Community – World Economic Forum.

Over the course of two days, participants engaged in panel discussions, roundtables, and interactive workshops across business, environment, legislation, and education tracks, addressing critical challenges and opportunities of the Intelligence Age.
