Success Strategy: Factors of Mental Stability and Social Engagement at UWED

The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) continues its systematic efforts to integrate students' personal growth and intellectual potential with mental fortitude, while enhancing their social adaptability. Notably, throughout the week, a series of seminar-trainings titled "High Success – Mental Strength Strategy" were organized in collaboration with university psychologist N. Norova, Office of Student Engagement specialist F. Ernazarova, and course coordinators.
The primary objective of these sessions is to equip students with the skills to manage internal resources and psychological commitment necessary to achieve ambitious goals. During the training, the psychologist provided insights into life strategies for success, maintaining resilience in stressful situations, boosting self-confidence, and the principles of fostering a healthy psychological climate within a team. It was emphasized that a culture of mutual respect and peer support serves as the foundation for collective success.
The practical segment of the event focused on systematizing students' social activities. F. Ernazarova, a specialist from the Office of Student Engagement, delivered a detailed presentation on the essence of the "Social Activity Index" and its strategic importance for personal advancement. It was noted that this index reflects not only current academic participation but also defines the social responsibility required to become professional cadres in the future. Furthermore, students were introduced to the various opportunities provided by university clubs, specialized courses, and hobby groups.
Conducted regularly in partnership with course coordinators, these trainings aim to enrich the students' inner world, encouraging them to work persistently on themselves and mobilize their internal potential through the right strategies. These dialogues held throughout the week have laid a vital foundation for students to become psychologically resilient and socially active members of society.
