A knowledge competition was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy among students studying the Italian language within the framework of the “VIII Universiada della Lingua Italiana – 2026”. The competition covered levels ranging from A1 to B1.

The Universiada aimed to assess and strengthen students’ theoretical and practical knowledge of the Italian language, as well as to evaluate their language skills. In addition, the event contributed to fostering a healthy competitive environment among students and increasing their interest in learning foreign languages. During the competition, participants demonstrated their knowledge and abilities in grammar, reading comprehension, as well as written and oral communication.

At the conclusion of the Universiada, participants emphasized that such initiatives play an important role in enhancing students’ knowledge, increasing their competitiveness in the international arena, and supporting the effective mastery of foreign languages.
