Gumilyov Eurasian University (Kazakhstan), on "Ethnomediation: An Analysis of the Experience of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan." The class was for master's students majoring in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. The event was organized by the Department of Civil Law and International Private Law Disciplines, specifically by Sherzodbek Masadikov and Alisher Bobonazarov.

The importance of the existing mediation coordination organizations in Kazakhstan, «Қоғамдық Келісім», and the mediation rooms at "Friendship Houses" established in all regions, were discussed. It was also noted that mediation is currently widely used as a dispute resolution method in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and that various types exist, including school mediation, mediation in medicine, and the military. Furthermore, the meeting analyzed the classification of ethnomediation and its role in resolving interethnic disputes.

The master class was important for master's students to gain relevant specialized knowledge in the field of ethnomediation, which is a type of dispute resolution. It should be noted that such events are important for students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
