    A lecture on “The Electoral System” was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy

    On March 25, 2026, a lecture on The Electoral System was held for first-year students of the International Law Faculty at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. It was delivered by specialists from the Training Center for Electoral Legislation and Modern Technologies under the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Center Director Shavkatbek Khaibatullaevich Khasanov and Lead Consultant Sirojiddin Khikmatullaevich Abduvoytov.

    During the open lecture, students were provided with detailed information on the constitutional reforms being implemented in our country, innovations in electoral legislation, and the legal foundations of the modern electoral system. In particular, the materials presented were used to explain current aspects of the transition to a new electoral system and its practical importance.

    The lesson was organized in an interactive format, and students received detailed answers to their questions. This event was important for strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge and developing their practical skills.
