On March 15 of this year, students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy took an active part in an environmental plogging campaign organized in Tashkent together with the Tashkent Ploggers eco-movement.

The purpose of the event was to improve environmental culture, form a responsible attitude to environmental protection, as well as promote a healthy lifestyle among young people. Plogging is an environmental initiative that combines jogging and garbage collection on the streets, in parks and other public places.

Students of the Tashkent State University of Law, Tashkent State Agrarian University and the University of Westminster also took part in the action. The participants covered several kilometers along city routes, combining physical activity with the collection of plastic bottles, packaging and other household garbage.

During the event, students made a practical contribution to improving the environmental condition of urban areas, demonstrating a high level of civic responsibility, environmental awareness and an active life position.

Such initiatives serve as an important tool in fostering respect for nature, strengthening public environmental responsibility and attracting young people to participate in socially significant projects.
