    The University of World Economy and Diplomacy organized a socio-psychological open round table on the topic “Let the girls talk - a heart-to-heart talk”, aimed at increasing the social activity of students, their psychological stability and the development of leadership potential. During the event, an open and sincere dialogue was held on the topics “Female diplomats - to a stable psyche, to a sustainable society” and “Values and modernity: social activity and the role of female students in society”.

    Today, the protection of the rights and interests of women, support for their education, professional growth and activity in public life is one of the priorities of the state policy of our country. In this context, special attention is paid to realizing the potential of the younger generation, in particular female students, providing them with modern knowledge and skills, as well as strengthening their role in public life.

    This round table was organized in cooperation with the specialist of the Office for Youth Affairs F. Ernazarova, the psychologist of the university N. Norova and the coordinator of the course I. Narkulova.

    Specialist of the Office for Youth Affairs F. Ernazarova provided detailed information about various clubs and circles, master classes and developmental courses operating at the university in accordance with the interests and talents of students. They also talked about initiatives aimed at developing startup projects among female students, supporting young female entrepreneurs and implementing their innovative ideas. It was emphasized that active participation in such initiatives plays an important role in the personal growth, social activity and leadership skills of young people.

    The coordinator of the course, I. Narkulova, in turn, spoke about the work carried out at the university with active and initiative students, and about their achievements in various projects and competitions. Student leaders who took part in the event shared their experiences and emphasized that determination, work and constant search are important factors on the way to success.

    During the round table, university psychologist N. Norova gave recommendations to students on clearly defining life and professional goals, maintaining resilience and determination in achieving them, managing stress, strengthening self-confidence and effectively applying personal development strategies.

    Also, thanks to psychological classes and interactive trainings organized as part of the event, the participants acquired important skills that contribute to the development of a culture of communication, constructive solution of problems that arise in the team, and increasing social adaptability.

    The event was held in a sincere and positive atmosphere and became an important dialogue platform for students, where they were able to freely express their thoughts and initiatives, exchange experiences and more clearly define their future goals. This round table served to increase the activity of female students in the life of society and their formation as mature, educated and strong-willed individuals.
