Lecturer of the Faculty of Civil Law and Private International Law of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Rushana Sadullayeva represented the university at an authoritative international platform. 

She was invited as an expert lecturer by the School of Law and Legal Studies, Sanskaram University (India) and delivered a lecture on “International Investment Law and Arbitration: Key Challenges for Developing Economies”.

The presentation provided an in-depth analysis of the evolution of the legal mechanisms of international investment, as well as the specific difficulties faced by developing countries.

The participation of Rushana Sadullaeva confirms her growing recognition as a scientist in this field, contributes to the development of international academic dialogue and strengthens the authority of the faculty and the university.
