On December 16 of this year, an online master class on the topic “Sustainable Development Goals – 16. Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” was organized for master's degree students in the “International Business Law” and “International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution” programs at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The session was conducted by Ms. Dilfuza Miradxamova, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of Károly Gáspár Reformed Church University of Hungary, on the initiative of Mr. Alisher Bobonazarov, a teacher at the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law disciplines.

During the master class, the origins and significance of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), their role in the field of law, as well as the implementation mechanisms and indicators of the conditions outlined in Goal 16 were discussed.

Furthermore, various questions from students were answered, and they were introduced to opportunities for pursuing doctoral studies in Hungary.

This event holds significant importance for establishing strong democratic institutions within our country's civil society and for the widespread promotion of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
