UWED - Campus France: Meeting on study opportunities in France

On December 11, 2025, a meeting was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in cooperation with the Department of Romance and Germanic Languages with the participation of the representative of the Campus France agency at the French Embassy in Uzbekistan, coordinator for cooperation with universities Alice Moth. The event was organized for students studying French and interested in studying in France.
During the meeting, the participants were provided with detailed information about the possibilities of studying in France at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels, the stages of the admission process, the procedure for applying online, the requirements for language certificates, as well as the costs of tuition and living expenses. Alice Mot spoke about grant and scholarship programs offered by the French government and universities, the criteria for choosing a suitable city and university for students, and also shared practical recommendations for using the Campus France platform.
The event was held in the active form of questions and answers. Students asked questions about the visa process, insurance, daily life of students, ways to improve their level of French, additional financial sources and internship opportunities in France, and a representative of Campus France provided detailed answers to them.
This meeting will serve to strengthen international educational mobility and inter-institutional cooperation in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4 – "Quality Education" and SDG 17 – "Partnership for the Goals". The event in practice supports the strategic goals of UWED to strengthen its position in international rankings and create broad academic and cultural opportunities for students.
