On December 1, 2025, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a master class for students featuring the well-known eco-activist and blogger Mutabar Khushvaktova, known by her creative pseudonym “Urikguli”.

The main goal of the event was to deepen students’ understanding of environmental culture, modern ecological challenges, and possible solutions, as well as to raise awareness about the importance of environmental initiatives in society.

During the session, M. Khushvaktova shared her experience in promoting environmental awareness, responsible consumption, waste reduction, and the development of recycling culture. She provided real examples from both local and international practice, emphasizing that even small ecological habits can lead to significant long-term changes.

The speaker also encouraged active dialogue with students, discussing environmental solutions, youth participation in “green” projects, and the role of sustainable development principles in modern society. Students asked many questions of interest.

Such events play an important role in UWED’s efforts to promote environmental protection, sustainable development, and social responsibility, and contribute to broadening the environmental mindset of students.
