ECO Club of UWED participated for the first time in the tree passportization project in Uzbekistan

On November 30, 2025, the first stage of the “Tree Passportization” project was held through cooperation between the Uzbekistan Volunteers Association and the National Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Climate Change.
The event was held under the slogan “Trees are valuable to us — we are united”.
The event took place in the “Elbek” park in Tashkent city, with more than 90 volunteers from different regions of the country participating. During one hour of practical work, a total of 2,305 trees were entered into the digital registry.
The ECO Club team of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy passportized 323 trees. This figure demonstrated the active participation of club members in ecological initiatives and their responsible approach to this direction.
At the end of the event, teams with the best results were awarded valuable prizes. Additionally, all volunteers were given special commemorative bracelets as a token of appreciation for their participation.
