    UWED Professors and Students Participate in an International Conference Held within the Framework of “Civil Society Week”

    As part of the “Civil Society Week,” an international conference titled “Ensuring Sustainable Development through Public Diplomacy at the National, Regional and Global Levels” was held. Professors and students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy took an active part in this prestigious event.

    The conference aimed to discuss the role of public diplomacy in promoting sustainable development, strengthening openness, mutual trust, and interaction among civil societies across different countries and regions. Participants presented practical recommendations, exchanged views with international experts, and explored contemporary trends in global civic engagement and diplomacy.

    UWED representatives shared Uzbekistan’s experience in implementing democratic reforms, developing civil society institutions, and involving youth in international dialogue and diplomacy processes. UWED students also presented their analytical insights and proposals related to public diplomacy and modern global integration trends.

    The event served as an important platform for expanding international cooperation, exchanging knowledge, and enhancing the university’s academic and scientific potential.
