On 2 December, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted the “SDG Brain Ring” intellectual competition, dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event was organized by second-year students of the Faculty of International Relations under the guidance of Associate Professor A. M. Radjabova and lecturer D. R. Tursunova. More than 120 students forming over 20 teams took part in the competition, showcasing their knowledge and abilities.

Participants tested their knowledge through SDG-related questions and “Zakovat”-style intellectual challenges. The organizers conducted the event in accordance with the established Regulations. The competition was held in a lively atmosphere filled with spirited discussions and dynamic debates. Students from four different higher education institutions also joined the event.

The “SDG Brain Ring” not only contributed to enhancing students’ leadership skills, but also fostered teamwork, collaboration, and a friendly academic environment. From the very beginning, the hall was filled with well-reasoned arguments, diverse perspectives, constructive dialogue, and creative solutions. Each participant demonstrated themselves not only as a student, but as a young diplomat capable of critical thinking, initiative, and active engagement.

At the end of the event, the winning teams were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.
