    A master class on topical issues of Criminal Law was organized at the UWED

    On November 19, 2025, the Department of «International Law and Public Law Disciplines» of the Faculty of «International Law» of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy organized a master class dedicated to current issues of Criminal Law.

    The master class was conducted by Doctor of Law, current lawyer Bobur Ibratovich Otaboev. During the event, issues of exemption from criminal liability of persons who have committed crimes, the social and legal significance of exemption from criminal liability and punishment, as well as the concept of criminal record and its legal consequences were considered.

     At the end of the master class, a lively discussion took place, where students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss examples from practice.
