On September 9, 2025, a meeting was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with the participation of the Student Council, the Student Scientific Society, the Office of International Academic Cooperation, a university psychologist, course curators and first-year students.

During the meeting, information was provided and recommendations were given on the following issues: familiarization with the activities, goals, structure and areas of work of the departments; active participation in the life of the university; creation of a comfortable, friendly atmosphere; facilitation of adaptation to new conditions; identification of young people interested in scientific activities, and improving their skills in the preparation of theses and articles; ensuring participation in international and national scientific conferences; providing psychological support; analysis of personal development and determination of life goals.

The meeting was held in a warm atmosphere and clearly marked the beginning of the student journey at UWED.
