On May 26-30, 2025, a major event took place - the republican stage of the "Intellectual Week", which brought together the most erudite students and active teams of higher educational institutions of our country.

Teams from 50 higher education institutions selected throughout the country took part in this stage. The team of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) also performed well in this prestigious competition and took pride of place in the intellectual games "Zakovat" and "Brain Ring".

These achievements of the UWED team demonstrated not only the level of their knowledge, but also a high level of collective and logical thinking, as well as intellectual potential. During the competition, students showed their knowledge on current topics, historical facts, economic and political concepts and competed with competitive teams. In the games "Zakovat" and "Brain Ring", the UWED team earned the recognition of the jury and the audience, giving clear and reasonable answers to high-level questions.

For this victory, the UWED team was awarded a cash prize and a diploma. This is not only an incentive for university students, but also another step forward on the path of intellectual development. This result shows that the intellectual environment created for young people at the university is the fruit of a desire for knowledge and teamwork skills.

Recall that teams from 145 higher education institutions took part in the qualifying round held on May 16, 2025. As a result of intense debates and fierce competitions, 50 teams of higher educational institutions, recognized as the strongest, received the right to participate in the republican stage. The UWED team also successfully passed this selection and received a ticket to the republican stage.

This competition is organized in our republic with the aim of developing intellectual potential, increasing the interest of students in knowledge, as well as developing the ability to creative and logical thinking. Such projects contribute to the formation of a healthy competitive environment among young people, strengthening their sense of patriotism and teamwork. Such achievements of the UWED team not only increase the international prestige of the university, but also have a positive impact on the personal intellectual development of students.
