On April 25 this year, the teacher of the Department of Oriental Languages of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Gulnoza Khusainova met with students of the UWED studying the Persian language with senior students of the 71st secondary school in Tashkent.

At a meeting with schoolchildren, UWED students spoke about the role and importance of education in the life of every person.

During the meeting, UWED representatives held a quiz on knowledge of the main goals of the SDGs, focusing on the tasks in the field of education - "Ensuring comprehensive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all".

Schoolchildren noted that education is a key element, and today conditions are being created for receiving free, equitable and high-quality primary and secondary education, which allows achieving demanded and effective learning outcomes. Also, attention was paid to modern ways to improve the quality and accessibility of education based on e-learning. Schoolchildren highlighted the fact that recently there has been a significant increase in interest in open online courses, which has led to the formation of international educational networks and open education platforms.

The teacher and students of the University told the audience that education and knowledge of several foreign languages play an important role in increasing mutual understanding between people and contributing to the formation of more peaceful societies.

Students of secondary school No 71 thanked the organizers of the meeting, and expressed gratitude to the UWED students for the opportunity to learn from your experience.
