    A meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy

    On March 27, this year First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy Sodyq Safoev received Huseyn Guliyev, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    During the meeting, the upcoming international conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of outstanding politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev was discussed.

    Ambassador H. Guliyev stressed that the event will serve as another example of growing cooperation, friendship and mutual understanding between the countries.

    The meeting was also attended by First Vice-Rector Durbek Amanov and the academic administration of the UWED.
