A master class was organized for first-year students of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy as part of the Political Science course.

The event was attended by Professor Q. A. Jo‘rayev of the Department of Political Science, as well as department lecturers N. Kushayeva and D. Xudoyberganova.

The invited guest was Faxriddin Farxodovich Elmurodov, Head of the Department for Organizational Control and Human Resources of the Central Council of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan. He provided students with detailed information about non-governmental organizations, the role of political parties in society, their main objectives, and key areas of activity.

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to the formation and development of the political party system in Uzbekistan, the participation of political parties in democratic processes, their role in increasing citizens' political engagement, and their importance in representing the interests of different segments of society.

The discussion also focused on the 35-year history of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, including its establishment, major stages of development, and role in the country's political life. Students were introduced to key aspects of the party's long-standing activities and its accumulated experience.

The master class helped enrich students' theoretical knowledge of political science with practical insights, broaden their understanding of political institutions, and deepen their awareness of the political processes taking place in Uzbekistan.

Such meetings play an important role in strengthening the connection between academic theory and practical experience, enhancing students' political and legal awareness, and developing the professional skills necessary for their future careers.
