Meeting Held with Course Coordinators

With the start of the new academic year, Oydin Sultanalievna Mannopova, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, held a meeting with the university's course coordinators.

During the meeting, special attention was given to further improving the system of student support in the new academic year, their adaptation to the educational process, the monitoring of their social and living conditions, and the timely identification of emerging issues.

It was emphasized that one of the primary responsibilities of course coordinators is to maintain a regular dialogue with students, stay informed about their well-being, and understand their concerns. Specifically, tasks were assigned to conduct regular conversations with students in the dormitory, assess their living conditions, identify any problems, and report them to the appropriate officials.

Attention was also devoted to staying informed about students living in rental housing, monitoring their living conditions, safety, and social environment, providing practical assistance when needed, and establishing cooperation with their parents.

The meeting highlighted the need for regular monitoring, an individualized approach, and prompt communication in working with students. It was stressed that student inquiries must not be ignored and that identified problems should be resolved in a timely manner in cooperation with the relevant departments. Furthermore, course coordinators were given recommendations on actively involving students in the university's academic, social, and spiritual life throughout the year, supporting their initiatives, and ensuring their integration into the university community.

Following the meeting, priority tasks were established to enhance the effectiveness of student support in the new academic year, protect their interests, and ensure a timely response to each student's concerns.
