    On March 31 of this year a master class on the topic “Trust Management Agreement of Property” was held at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The event was organized by Sherzodbek Masadikov, Head of the Department of Civil Law and International Private Law Disciplines, and Professor Nargiza Raimova, with the aim of enriching students’ theoretical knowledge through real legal cases and analyzing current trends in the field.

    The master class was attended by Azizkhon Avaz ugli Kholkhujaev, Legal Consultant of the Tashkent City Department of the Ministry of Health, as well as Amirbek Allambergen Uli Aymuratov and Iqlasbay Baxtibay Uli Amanbayev, assistant lawyers from the “Mirzo Ulug‘bek Advocates Life” law firm, who presented reports. In addition to the faculty members of the Department of Civil Law and International Private Law Disciplines, second-year students of the Faculty of International Law actively participated in the discussion, sharing their opinions on the relevant legal aspects of the topic.

    During the master class, it was emphasized that the trust management agreement of property is a specific type of contract. Issues such as the subjects of the agreement, the objects of the agreement including material assets and property transferred under trust management were clarified. The procedure for state registration of real estate placed under trust management was explained in detail.

    Special attention was given to state property in the context of trust management agreements. Participants received detailed information on the conditions and procedures for concluding such agreements and on the process of electronic online auctions. In addition, samples of documents and examples of actually concluded agreements were presented.

    The discussion also covered trends in the development of trust management agreements in Uzbekistan and the role of cadastral authorities in this area. It was noted that in the context of growing innovation and a strengthening business environment, legal protection, entrepreneurial activity, and ensuring the country’s investment attractiveness are among the key factors.

    This master class aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. At the conclusion of the event, students demonstrated a strong interest in trust management agreements, actively asking questions and sharing their opinions. During the scientific and practical dialogue, both the theoretical foundations of trust management agreements and current issues related to their application in modern legal practice were discussed.
