On January 28, 2026, a psychologist of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy N. Norova together with a specialist of the Office for Youth Affairs organized an open round table with the participation of students living in a student dormitory, as part of the month “Let the girls talk - a heartfelt conversation”.

This event was organized with the aim of improving the socio-psychological state of students, supporting their personal and professional development, as well as creating a healthy, positive and mutually respectful atmosphere in the student dormitory.

During the round table, the university's psychologist N. Norova gave students detailed explanations and practical recommendations on clearly defining life and professional goals, maintaining determination and stability in achieving them, managing stress, strengthening self-confidence and ways to achieve high results in the chosen profession.

Thanks to psychological classes and interactive trainings conducted during the event, the participants acquired important skills for developing a culture of communication, constructive problem solving in the team, and increasing social adaptability.

Also, the specialist of the Office for Youth Affairs F. Ernazarova spoke in detail about clubs and circles, master classes and developmental courses operating at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, based on the talents and interests of female students, and emphasized the importance of active participation in them.

During the round table, experts gave reasonable answers, recommendations and practical advice to students' questions.
