On 16 December 2025, a master class was conducted for fourth-year students of the Faculty of International Law by Shokhrukh Shavkatovich Yadgarov, the first Adviser of the Department of Human Resources and Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The session, held within the framework of the course “Diplomatic and Consular Law,” was devoted to the topic “Specific Features of Consular Practice.”

This session was organized with the aim of broadly involving highly qualified specialists with extensive practical experience in the educational process, in accordance with Resolution  RP-330 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 23 July 2022 “On measures for the systemic reform of the activities of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy”

  During this session, the speaker provided an extensive overview of the activities within the Consular-Legal Department's system. Key practical aspects of consular law were thoroughly discussed, including the primary duties of representatives working in Uzbekistan's consular institutions abroad. Additionally, explanations were given on the role of consuls in addressing issues faced by Uzbek citizens in foreign countries.

  Such lessons contribute significantly to enhancing students' knowledge related to practical applications in the field.
