UWED hosted a festive program called “One Motherland, One People, One Flag!”

On November 18 of this year, events dedicated to the Day of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan began early in the morning at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The festive morning began with the distribution of ribbons with flags to teachers, staff and students by active and initiative student volunteers of the university as a sign of deep respect and loyalty to state symbols. This noble initiative not only strengthened the festive mood, but also further increased respect, pride and attention to state symbols among the team.
During the day, a cultural, spiritual and educational event was organized at the university under the motto “One Motherland, one people, one flag!”, dedicated to the Day of the State Flag. The solemn part of the event began with the ceremony of bringing the State Flag to the stage, accompanied by a military orchestra. The high respect shown during the raising of the flag, the patriotic spirit sounding in the inspiring melodies of the orchestra, further strengthened the sense of national pride and responsibility among the participants. After that, the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was performed, to which all participants paid tribute.
The events held contributed to the formation and further strengthening of feelings of love for the Motherland, devotion to the country, deep respect for national values and state symbols in the hearts of young people. In particular, the distribution of ribbons with flags, solemn ceremonies and educational performances contributed to the development of such qualities as self-awareness, national unity and a deep sense of civic duty among students.
This event was of great importance not only as a holiday, but also as an important educational initiative aimed at increasing the sense of devotion to the Motherland, national identity and patriotism among young people.
