UWED Alumni Delivered an Online Lecture on “Opportunities to Enter the World’s TOP-300 Universities and Work at the International Monetary Fund”

On November 10 of this year, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) organized an online lecture for students at the initiative of the Faculty of Political Science. The meeting was held online via the Zoom platform.
The event featured UWED alumni — Islom Uralov, who graduated from Tufts University (USA) on a 100% scholarship and is currently working at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Kamola Bekniyozova, who graduated from the University of Denver, ranked among the Top 12 universities in the world for Political Science, also on a full scholarship.
The lecture, titled “Opportunities to Enter the World’s TOP-300 Universities and Work at the International Monetary Fund,” focused on gaining full scholarships at prestigious foreign universities, experiences working in international organizations, and strategies for achieving professional success.
During the session, students asked the alumni various questions of interest. The speakers shared valuable advice on applying for international scholarship programs, the importance of mastering English, and developing globally competitive skills.
This meeting became an important motivation for UWED students to explore international education and career opportunities more deeply and to set ambitious goals for their future.
