On November 7 of this year, in order to educate students in the spirit of patriotism and devotion to our national values, provide them with direct assistance in personal and professional development, further improve the mechanisms of individual work with students, a training seminar was organized to study the requirements of Regulation No656 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2025 on the organization of tutoring activities in higher educational institutions.

The training seminar was actively attended by the teaching staff and tutors. At the event, detailed information was provided on the essence and importance of tutoring, its role in personal and professional development, as well as on the tasks and responsibilities of tutors.

The state of preparation for the autumn-winter season of 2025/2026 at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy was also discussed.

At the meeting chaired by the First Vice-Rector O. Yusupdzhanov, issues of regular study of the terms of lease by course coordinators, ensuring comfortable living and training conditions for students were considered.  The task was set to take appropriate measures to ensure safety, heating, compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, to prevent interruptions in the supply of electricity and hot water in rented houses for students in the autumn-winter period.

At the meeting, responsible persons and course coordinators were recommended to conduct constant monitoring of the addresses of rented housing of students, to solve the identified problems in a timely manner in cooperation with relevant organizations.

At the same time, O. Yusupjanov gave instructions on the appointment of a special responsible person at each faculty, updating the list of students living in rented apartments, taking measures for social support taking into account their needs.
