The Office of Transformation and Strategic Development was established on September 19, 2022.

Its primary mission is to enhance the competitiveness of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) in the global educational arena, ensure compliance with international accreditation standards, and achieve higher positions in prestigious global university rankings.

The Office is focused on the university’s strategic advancement, modernization of educational processes, and implementation of international standards of quality. Its key functions include:

-studying the experience of leading foreign universities and developing analytical proposals for modernizing educational processes and infrastructure;

-organizing and coordinating international accreditation processes;

-planning and implementing institutional transformation initiatives;

-developing and monitoring the implementation of the university’s strategic development program;

-strengthening UWED’s position in international rankings such as “Times Higher Education (THE)” and “Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)”;

-improving the system of quality assurance in education in line with international standards;

-evaluating academic and administrative staff performance based on the KPI system.

Additionally, the Office contributes to enhancing the university’s global brand visibility and fostering innovation-driven governance and education.

Structure of the Office

1. Chief Specialist (Strategic Development and International Rankings)

Responsible for developing strategies to strengthen the university’s position in global rankings such as THE and QS, analyzing key indicators, and preparing improvement recommendations.

2. Chief Specialist (Quality Assurance and International Accreditation)

Responsible for organizing and coordinating international accreditation processes, implementing mechanisms for academic quality assurance, and aligning academic programs with global standards.
