    FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leads the Office of Transformation and Strategic Development and represents the Office within its area of competence

    Develops and oversees the University’s strategic development programme and related action plans, monitoring their implementation

    Analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposes measures to improve institutional performance

    Organises and coordinates international accreditation processes and ensures cooperation with external auditors and accreditation bodies

    Develops and implements the strategy for improving the University’s position in international rankings (QS, THE, etc.) and coordinates engagement with ranking agencies

    Supports the analysis and modernisation of academic and research processes and infrastructure in line with international standards and best international practices

    Contributes to the development and implementation of quality assurance mechanisms for education

    Coordinates projects with University units, organises the collection and request of necessary data and documents, and monitors task execution within the electronic document management system (“EDO”)

    Manages the Office team: assigns responsibilities, ensures timely and high-quality delivery of tasks, and oversees work and labour discipline, including incentive and disciplinary proposals

    Biography Facts

    Imomova Yulduzkhon Jumaboy kizi holds a PhD in Political Science. Holds the diplomatic rank of Attaché. In 2019, she graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and in 2020 she completed her Master’s degree in Applied Political Science at the same university. Since 2020, she has been working at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, combining academic, teaching and organizational responsibilities.
