    Mission
    The mission of the Youth Affairs Office is to ensure the consistent implementation of state youth policy at the university, enhance the intellectual, moral, and social potential of students, and foster the development of well-rounded individuals who are committed to national and universal values, capable of independent thinking, possess a global outlook, and can make a meaningful contribution to societal development.

    In its activities, the Office is guided by the “New Uzbekistan” Development Strategy, the principles of sustainable development, and the institutional priorities of the university, aiming to develop a modern, effective, and sustainable system of youth engagement.

    Priority Areas
    The Youth Affairs Office operates in the following priority areas:

    • Spiritual, moral, and educational development
      Implementation of systematic activities aimed at fostering ideological resilience, patriotism, civic responsibility, and high moral values among students.
    • Implementation of youth policy and institutional coordination
      Effective implementation of state youth policy within the university, coordination of relevant institutional units, and ensuring a unified approach.
    • Support for talented and proactive youth
      Identification of talented students and development of their scientific, creative, and innovative potential, as well as support for participation in competitions, Olympiads, grant, and scholarship programs.
    • Student social protection and well-being
      Engagement with students residing in dormitories and rented housing, identification of socially vulnerable students, and improvement of support mechanisms.
    • Inclusive education and support
      Ensuring equal and full participation of students with disabilities and special educational needs in higher education, creating an accessible and adaptive educational and social environment, and providing social, moral, and psychological support tailored to individual needs.
    •  Development of students’ social engagement and leadership potential
      Encouraging active participation of students in public life, developing leadership skills, and supporting student initiatives.
    • Promotion of a healthy moral environment and prevention of offenses
      Maintaining a healthy moral and ethical environment at the university, preventing offenses, and enhancing legal awareness.
    • Cooperation and openness
      Developing effective cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations, local communities, parents, international institutions, and civil society organizations.
    • Monitoring, analysis, and performance enhancement
      Conducting monitoring and analysis of spiritual, educational, and upbringing activities, and introducing result-oriented management mechanisms.
