    On April 4 of this year, a parent-teacher meeting for 3rd-year students was organized at the initiative of I. Narkulova, the coordinator of the Faculty of International Economics and Management. The main objective of the event was to evaluate student achievements over the past three years, discuss emerging challenges, and clearly plan for the upcoming mandatory internship.

    During the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty, E. Abdullayev, highlighted the students' engagement, their academic performance, and their achievements in research projects. He also provided detailed information on current issues, ways to support students, and important aspects of the future mandatory internship.

    For parents residing in remote regions, a remote connection was organized for the event. This allowed all parents, regardless of distance, to become more familiar with the faculty's activities and their children's accomplishments.

    During the event, new initiatives and ideas were also discussed:

    Organizing regular online meetings for students and parents;

    Establishing a “Most Active Students of the Year” award to encourage student engagement;

    Expanding opportunities for collaboration with parents on social projects.

    At the conclusion of the event, special recognition was given to the parents of students who had distinguished themselves in community and academic activities. This served as an additional incentive for the students and their families and strengthened cooperation within the life of the faculty.

    This meeting provided an opportunity not only to discuss results but also to jointly identify new ideas, initiatives, and future plans. The students, parents, and faculty staff agreed to work together to create a more active and creative atmosphere.
