On February 24 of this year, a masterclass on the topic "Issues of Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Objects" was organized for students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. The masterclass was conducted by Sanjarbek Tursunov Xolmatjon o‘g‘li, Chief Consultant of the Department for Legal Protection of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the initiative of chair of the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law Disciplines Masadikov Sherzodbek Maxmudovich and a teacher Alisher Bobonazarov Bolmuhammad o‘g‘li.

During the session, students were provided with information on the legal protection of intellectual property objects in Uzbekistan, the classification of industrial property objects, changes in the field of intellectual property protection, and its prospects.

Furthermore, recent developments in the activities of the Ministry of Justice and its relevant institutions were discussed, and the opinions of the young students regarding the existing law enforcement bodies were heard. This event reflects the ideas concerning "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions" outlined in Goal 16 of the United Nations.

This event holds significant importance in establishing robust democratic institutions for building civil society in our country and in widely promoting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
