An Educational Session on “We Are Against Violence” held at the UWED

The University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted an educational session as part of the “We Are Against Violence” initiative, aimed at increasing legal awareness among youth, preventing all forms of violence, and promoting a safe and healthy social environment.
The session was led by one of the university’s distinguished scholars — Professor E. Sultonova, who provided an in-depth overview of the topic and highlighted the societal impact of different forms of violence.
During the event, students received detailed information on:
-physical, psychological, economic, and cyber violence;
-legal protection mechanisms for young people;
-proper procedures for reporting violence;
-the work of support organizations and emergency hotlines.
Students also had the opportunity to ask Professor E. Sultonova questions and receive practical advice. The session played an important role in enhancing students’ legal literacy and fostering intolerance toward any form of violence.
