Dr. Sherzodbek Masadikov holds a Chair position, before has worked in government, non-government and commercial organizations. At the University he teaches International Commercial Law, International Business Transactions, International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation. He has published more than 30 works on arbitration and mediation, including the monograph “Problems of Legal Regulation of Mediation in the Republic of Uzbekistan” (2014), on this topic he defended his PhD dissertation at Tashkent State Institute of Law in November 2008. He acts as a coach of the University Team in Vis Moot on International Commercial Arbitration. He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences devoted to arbitration and mediation. He is a graduate of the University of Birmingham (UK, 2001), Pepperdine University Law School (USA, 2017).
