Biography Facts
Since 2003, has been serving at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, teaching and supervising courses such as Fundamentals of Management, International Management and Strategic Management, with responsibilities including curriculum design, program development, and teaching. Holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Tashkent Textile Institute of Light Industry (1999) and conducted research in Innovative Management at the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of Uzbekistan (1999-2002). Completed the General Management Program at the William Davidson Institute, University of Michigan (USA), organized by The Eurasia Foundation and USAID (2005). Served as a Researcher (Doctoral Student) at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Economics and Management (2014). Graduated from the Uzbekistan–Japan Center for Human Development (UJC), 39th Professional Management Program under the Technical Cooperation Program of the Government of Japan (2022). Earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan under a dual-degree program with the St. Petersburg State University of Economics (2023–2024).
