Bahodir Hamroqulov, Doctor of Law and Associate Professor, currently serves as a Professor in the Department. Previously, he held a leadership position within the legal profession. At the university, he delivers lectures on labor law, labor dispute resolution, and civil and economic procedural law. He has published over 70 scholarly works on topics in civil and labor law, including the monograph "Compensation for Moral Damage", the textbook "Civil Procedural Law", the textbook "Resolving Labor Disputes", among other publications. He regularly participates as a speaker at national and international conferences on labor law, civil law, and other private law disciplines. He defended his candidate's dissertation in June 2008 and his doctoral dissertation in October 2020 at Tashkent State University of Law. He is a graduate of Samarkand State University (Bachelor's degree, 2002), the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Master's degree, 2004), and Tashkent State University of Economics (2009).
